I call bullshit on the scene at the start of this episode. Ikoma is trying to disagree with Mumei so to shut him up she kicks him in the balls. Except as we’ve already established he apparently can’t feel pain. Hence kicking him in the balls shouldn’t cause him to curl up into the fetal……
